Bidcy.com provides a site where buyers and sellers can meet to agree a buy or a sell, by listing items for sellers and bids by buyers.

Bidcy.com is not involved in actual transactions between Buyers & Sellers and in the event that any parties using Bidcy.com have a dispute we are not liable for any claims, also we strive to keep the information on the site accurate, complete and up to date, we can not guarantee and we not be responsible for any claims, demands and damages in anyway connected with the use of the site. However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can to help.

Becoming a member:    
Once a Party becomes a member of Bidcy.com, the member will select a Username and Password. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Username and Password.

Members are Responsible:
For any and all activities which occur under a members ID and Password. Any unauthorized use of members ID or any other breach of security known notify Bidcy.com immediately. You are also solely responsible for the contents of your actions and must ensure that your participation in selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws.

Bidding: 
Bidders must register with Bidcy.com as a member. Members must be over 16 yrs old. If you bid on an item and your bid is accepted by the seller you are obligated to complete the transaction, and if you receive bids at or above your stated minimum or reserve price then you are obligated to complete the transaction.
Don’t bid if you don’t want an item, time wasters who win a bid and has no intention of paying for it are likely to find themselves blocked from bidding on Bidcy.com in the future.

Selling:
The seller should honor their contract of sale and make sure the buyer receives the item as described by them and in the same condition, no hidden charges, misdescribed items, misleading descriptions should not be made on Bidcy.com failure to do so can terminate your membership and also the buyer has the right not to accept the item. Please ensure you can pay for items in which way you can, and by a method the seller accepts before bidding.

Item listing: 
Items are listed for a specified bidding Periods shown on the site, the closure of bidding will be set by the seller at a time predetermined by the seller. Each item will have a description and disclosure information on the site.

Buying or selling outside Bidcy.com: 
Offers to buy or sell listed items outside Bidsy.com to avoid our fee structure are potential fraud risk for buyers & sellers.
Even though offers to buy & sell outside Bidcy.com are not always made with the content and defraud, there is still a level of risk involved.

Post & Packing: 
Remember the risks of not using a traceable post or courier service when sending items.
Post & Packing charges should not be used as an extra means to profit from the transaction, any members found doing so can be terminated from using the site again. Buyer & seller agree who pays the post fees.

Commission Fees:
Payment of commission to Bidcy.com. Each seller in a transaction for which a winning bid notice is issued the seller shall pay Bidcy.com the agreed commission fee of 5% based on the final sale price of the item, the amount shall be paid to Bidcy.com within 21 days of invoicing by Bidcy.com, failure to do so will find themselves  blocked from bidding on Bidcy.com.
